Brand Story
Langjiu (郎酒) is produced at the foot of the Erlang Cliffs in Gulin, where the Lang River flows. The unique microclimate and dual-fermentation process — using both sauce-aroma and strong-aroma techniques — creates a profile found nowhere else in Chinese spirits.
The Red and Blue Sorghum series represent Langjiu's two aroma expressions: the rich sauce-forward Honghualang, and the lighter, more floral Qinghualang. Both are matured in the brand's iconic cliff cave cellars.
